THE PLAN

Gerhard Schröder looked at his map. He frowned.

"This is all that's left?"

Dissapointingly he looked at Germany. He tore the map up and took out a new one. It was from 1914, at the height of the German Empire.

"Congo, Belgium, New Guinea, Prussia..."

He put the map away and pulled out one from September of 1942. He smiled at the expanse of the empire. From Brest to Stalingrad lie one of the most powerful empires in history. Although fighting on 3 fronts it had the single most powerful army and airforce in the world and the 2nd most industrial output. The best officers, from Leutnant to Generalfeldmarchall. The best Soldaten. The Panzer 4 F2 was just as good, if not better than the t34-model 1942. The SS were even tougher. And the Grossdeutschland division...

He took out another map. It was from the year 2008. And it looked a bit different. Instead of 16 divisions deployed in random locations, it showed 50 mechanized divisions and 20 armored divisions, with over 2,000 aircraft, in assault positions, ready to strike simotaneously into poland and france.

He knew the plan. He would push German policy to the left. He would then give the 2005 election to his alleged enemy but in reality accomplace, Merkel, when Germans demanded the right wing policies, while his friends in Iran and Russia manufactured threats. They would develop the army to 500k, offically for defense, and the west would attack them. Perfect. Poland and France would be crushed within 3 weeks and then they would turn east. Putin would secretly flee to Germany, then Russia would be crushed and Putin would be allowed to control a puppet regime.

one problem. the game runs like its 1945 and it has a 7 second 0:00 delay. i cant play atm.

should i go for a standing army or a drafted one? im gonna be out numbered about 7-10 against russia alone.

It'll be interesting to see how 1.6 goes!

Merkel sat at her desk, charts and maps in front of her. Germany had one of the most advanced armies in the world. The new Leopard 3 tank would soon enter mass production and her airforce was made up of 4.5 generation typhoons. A secret nuclear reactor was being contructed that, offically, would supply power to all of Germany, but was really made to manufacture nuclear weapons. They had secret prototypes of the missiles they would use, with a range of 10,000km---anywhere in the world could be hit. The problem was Germany too could be hit. They would have maybe 2 months before the former allied powers declared war once they broke the 2+4 agreement, not nearly enough time to enmasse a stockpile.

Paratroopers...

They would drop on the British and French airbases at the beginning of the invasion. This would have the double effect of giving TOTAL air supremecy to the Luftwaffe.

But the Army had, with the exception of a squadron of attack helicopters, only been modernized. It still had only 16 divisions. But they were divisions. Most countries only have brigades. On paper the French out numbered her by about 1 unit. But in reality she outnumbered them by almost 5-1. Not enough though. All of Europe would be at war.

An aid ran in.

"China has just declared war on Taiwan! The USA is backing the Taiwanese! The Russians have signed an alliance and invaded scandanavia!"

Things just changed...alot.

With Russia preoccupied with the Scandanavians and possibly eastern Europeans, and America and China vaporized by nuclear war, western Europe would be on its own.

When the reactor was finished, the army would be tripled. For only a few years ago new conscription laws were passed. 600k men could be called up at any time.

It's time for Blitzkrieg!
And what about the UK? still an ally of the US?
