well not really a bug, probably a typo

if you load up as france and hover over the river between Strasbourg and Chaumont it says "Rhine River", at one point it says "mosel River" instead of "Mosel River"

It does not look much like a desert. I changed 1785 from desert to plains.

Did you also change climate to tropical?

I left it to be arid. Should i change it? 1000 mm in a year is relative arid at high temperatures.

Image shows a lot of vegatation (green), I woudn't expect that much if I follow the arid definition at wikipedia.
