Game crash after update on 15 Apr 2025.

When I press the button of road builder to open the mod to amend the road, game crash and force exit (which I tried twice and having the same result). Please check & update, thanks!!!
 
On the evening of April 16th (in the+8 time zone), while playing the game, editing roads, adjusting road speeds, and changing shoulder attributes resulted in an error message. Users could choose to continue or save to exit the game. Is this a common issue. In addition, it was found that when selecting street lights in the road properties, the road would not be able to be electrified or watered.

On the evening of April 19th (+8 time zone), in the latest game, the error message disappeared and the game can be played normally. The mod can be used normally, but I don't know the reason. Using the mod to edit a new road, select 'Add and Replace Streetlight Road' in the properties. The road cannot be electrified or watered. Is this the design of the mod?

This happened to me too when I added Modular Service Blocks mod to my playset. Once I removed it, Road Builder started working again and all my roads reappeared.
 
Hi all, Seems the loss of power for the grid is still there ? in other words buildings doesn't get any connection to the power grid. any workaround here? may that's because i use the trams rails? just seems the dev's reading messages just on discord?

I have the same problem, I start a city that I build until the celebration update. A lot of roads build with road builder have no power anymore.
 
I think if I restart the game, loadin the save with custom road presets existed in local ModsData RoadBuilder folder are placed, after the save loaded, will see the ui disappered after a few seconds, and something pop up in the center of screen, then instant ctd.

I can simply remove the . json files inside the RoadBuilder folder then load the save, and resaving the road presets, but next time I restart the game and load the save, same thing just happen over and over.

And still, after the game runned for a few moment, when you try to make new custom road or edit, you open the RoadBuilder menu then click on the road, you get instant ctd all the time.
 
I think this mod's causing random CTDs again. I played for hours on a new city yesterday. Today when I load up the game, it just crashes within a few seconds.

In my case version 0.5.4 instantly CTDs when clicking a road, but reverting back to 0.5.3 mostly fixes it, there's still a 20-30% chance it crashes when selecting a road :/
