I'm working on a quay such lake promenade but I have problems with nodes
Someone knows how I can fix it?

You must divided one of width of object, along z-axis, middel of object width.

You see the end of quay triangle, this is not divided
 
Another question:
Now i have this problem:

each time one of the segments is turned in reverse. Is there any option that has escaped me to avoid it?

The problem of the holes is solved .
I have added a pedestrian path over the quay but nobody goes over it. Is it a doable thing or should I give up? it would be a pity because the result is not bad ...
