IIRC the most important Italian events are already done, however, France desperately needs events 
..yeah..we need events, main ones, for france, USA and maybe a few for the soviet union and Russian civil war..has anyone done events for america or france?

britain would have control of constaninople with greek control of edierne (sp)
armenia would be created includeding the turkish armenian provences of vicky along with trabzon
the turks where in a war versus all these countries except britain but in 1921 the italians and french backed out and left a underarmed armenia and over streched greek army to face turkey and at the treaty of lausanne in 1923 the turks signed a new agreement with the greek enclave and edinre given back to trukey along with ciclia and constaniople armenia was reenveloped into turkeyand they also seized the area known as akra in vicky
in the caucaus georgia, russian armenia, and azerbajian formed a united states of the caucaus and fought the russians until 1922
poland was at war with the soviets and pushed as far in as minsk and claimed a border province or 2
egypt should be granted dominoin status in 1922 as inbecame nomianlly independent
purhaps a event recognizing the red scare
mongolia became indepent in 1924 and thus became a soviet satillite
creation of vatican maybe a event giving catholics in italy decresed militancy

Thank you. A lot of this is been worked on already, but most of it is far from finished yet. Please look in some of the treads for the area you want to help us and if you can script events please write them up and if you cant please wite down the event names, descriptions, choices and results, so one of us can turn them into events.
Russian Civil war
Well... I've played TWEP for a short time, acctually I didn't finished any games yet. I must say that it's quite impressive the work the TWEP team has made until now. Congratulations!
But I have a question: weren't European powers directly involved in the Russian civil war? In the game, just White Russia, Baltic countries and Japan were fighting bolchevist Russia. Didn't UK, France, Canada and USA also send trops? During 1918 UK and France occupied Murmansk and Archangelsk. British troops occupied Batum, Tiflis and Baku (Caucasus) and France occupied Crimea and Odessa. USA helped occuping Archangelsk and invaded Udskoje, together with Japan. Actually, even Czecoslovakia, Germany, Italy and Serbia send troops, but these were given control to local counter-revolutionary athorities. Czechs troops, initially Austrian-Hungarian war prisioners, joined Koltschaks' army in 1918. Germany, with the Brest-Litovsky Treaty still vigorating, had Finland and Baltic states under their sphere of influence. German divisions foght in Finland, Estland, Livland and Lithania, since nov/1918. Serbs and Italian troops foght under British/French command in the Caucasus and Ukraine. Not to say that Finland was still facing war with 'Red' Russia, with German help. Ukraine should also be involved, at bolchevist side, as the newly proclaimed Ukraine Socialist Republic faced during 1918 White Russian and Cossaks uprisings and then Franch invasion from the Black Sea. Ukraine was almost totally occupied by White Russians and French.
Wouldn't be better having France, UK, Finland and USA officially fighting bolchevist Russia and Ukraine and some events for Germany, Serbia, Italy and Czechoslovakia involving them in the conflict?

Chaco War in South America
Nice project. For your information, in the early 1930s Bolivia and Paraguay went to war for control of the Chaco area (Interest of Shell Inc. for oil?). The Bolivian army outnumbered the Paraguayans, were better equiped and were led by a WWI German Veteran. The inhospitable environment of the Chaco however proved deadly for Bolivia (10% attrition?). Paraguay gained control of the Chaco but to this day no significant oil deposit has been found. A useless war in a country that 60 years before lost 2/3 of its population in the Triple Alliance war (nicely simulated in Victoria VIP).

@Sen. Vergueiro: Thanks for your input. We have been discussing that a bit, and we thought that the best way would be to have events costing the allies power, and giving the Whites divisions. Best would be to add soldier POPs to White Russia as well, but I am not sure how exactly to do that. However, that still has to worked out. Would you like to work a bit on it?
@lapacho: Thanks for the suggestion, could turn it into textbased events? (Just like some of us did before in some other treads, look a bit around for what I mean. That would be great.

Maybe. What exactly are you thinking? I don't know how to edit POPs (I tried once and made quite a mess of it...). But to be sincere, I've been working on it a bit. Not exactly on the Russian Civil War, but on Central European boundaries and on expanding treaties imposed by the Parisian Peace Conference. About the Russian Civil War, I searched for some maps, and based on them I changed the territories controlled by 'Whites'. I would like to post those maps here, but I don' know how to do that.
But that modification still didn't helped the 'Whites' in their war. Finland and Baltic countries are quickly overwhealmed by 'Reds', when actually the Red Army never set foot in Crimea until late 20's. In Reval (Estonia), the Red Army didn't enter until 1940, after the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact.
The best way here, would to set a global flag (something like "RED_OCTOBER" or "RED_TIDE") which would fire a event chain giving anti-bolchevists powers troops and costing the Allies supplies and money.
The Polish-Russian War must be modified. First, it doesn't fire in my game - and I don't know why. Second, the alliance shouldn't be between Poland and Ukraine, but between Poland and West Ukraine. Poland obtained the mandate over W. Ukraine on Nov, 21, 1919 to prevent former Austrian-Hungarian territories to be engulfed by bolchevism. When the war turned to 'reds' side, Ukraine demanded West Ukraine to join the country, as it has been under socialist government since the Habsburg Empire's collapse. W. Ukraine refused and asked for Polish help, shortly after being handed by the League of Nations to Poland. Poland offered them a special "autonomy status" in order to annex them, what actually never occured. W. Ukraine never got that special status. This gave the Polish the opportunity to wage war against Ukraine (as they were already in war against 'Red' Russia since 1918 for Bielorussia). And in the middle of all this mess, Poland declared war on Lituania for Vilnus, even Lituania also fighting 'Red' Russia.
To sum up: there was a Polish-Russian War since 1918 for Bielorussia. In 1920, Poland entered a war agianst Ukraine to secure Ruthenia (aka East Galizia or West Ukraine) and to claim Polish boundaries in 1772. And a third war, not liked to ideological polarisation between 'whites' and 'reds', was fought by poland to claim Vilnus and Swalki.
If you would ask me to turn this into events, I would glady do it. But I still need free events numbers to do that. I've tired to do this with the numbers I got in the TWEP site. But the only thing I achieved was to unleash the 'Empowering Hungary' event chain on January 1st. If I could get some free numbers, I would turn this, and more, into events.

You mean you did work on the events but they didnt fire? The IDs given at the site should be fine, and even if they werent it would give you errors, so if you didnt get errors, it is not the AI that they arent firing. Yes, I would like you to work on such events, and please post them in the Poland subforum if you cant work them out, we may find out whats wrong with them...

The same happens to Hungary. But that's not the problem, I just have to use the search option when editing the txt file, and i soon get the free ids. It's just a bit more of work.
The real problem I'm facing is to set a flag in 1919.eug file (that "RED_TIDE" flag I mentioned). The second problem is how to create an army for Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia in the 1919_pol.inc, 191_hun.inc, etc., so they start January 1st with an standing army.
And still related to this, the "delete_unit" and the "switch_allegiance" command don't seem to work. I use the first to reduce the German army, as until April, 1919 the German Army counted 300.000 men, and only after the Versailles Treaty they had to reduce it on 1/3 of its former strength. The second is for Austria, as the St. Germain-en-Laye Treaty forced Austria do hand over their navy. Italy got 3/4 of it and the rest went to UK. Both commands are based on the unit's ids and I don't see any reason these commands shouldn't work.
