Router problems!

Hello!

I need some help. I am as many others still unable to join multiplayer. I have been reading most of the router setup threads, but still cannot figure what is wrong. I have a Jensen Air:Link WBR 6911 router. I cannot see any threads about it. Does anyone know how to make a proper setup?

Still no luck!

Know I think I have forwarded the ports. When I press join in V-net, I don¨t get the usual "Cannot find IP-adress" message. Instead nothing happens. The screen freezes in half a minute, before it goes back. Does anybody know what is wrong?

Where is tech support?

I have finally managed to set up my router properly. Finally I can join multiplayer games (and this is NOT thanks to Paradox). The only thing that really irritates me, is Paradox. They cannot even be bothered to answer me in this forum. After spending money on one of your products, I think at least I deserve an answer. I am a great Pradox fan. I think Paradox have created some of the best strategy games ever made. Now I hope they will start working on their tech support as well.
