Has anybody been unable to break a royal marriage? I try to break them with different countries and nothing happens. The option remains available and the marriage remains in effect? Is this a know issue?

not certian, man, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with stability...like you can't go into negative stability by breaking a marriage...a window telling you why would be very nice indeed.
