Ruins in North Valyria/Summerhall

I read that when you colonize old Valyrian ruins or Summerhall, you can get event with exploration of its dungeon/cellar/whatever, where you can find rewards, like valyrian steel sword or dragon egg or gold. Someone said that it has meantime of 60 years to fire. I have a few questions about that:
Is it certain that you get that event and if no, how big are chances for it to fire?
What is possibility of getting various rewards? Does it have for example only 5% for egg and bigger for sword, or is it equal?
Which ruins can give you that event? I know about Summerhall, those 3 ruins in North Valyria, but what about Velos? It is Valyrian ruin close to Valyria, so something could be there too.

Any ruins can provide a valyrian steel sword. I got a couple swords colonizing the various ruins along the Rhoynar river and Oldstones. But I believe dragon eggs can only be found in Summerhall and North Valyria. I suggest saving when a cellar event (Valyrian Sword) pops up though, because you or your marshal have a good chance of dying, depending on who you choose to send in.

And what are the odds of getting that egg? (I am trying to rebuild Valyria as custom High Valyrian count under Mantarys...I already became king, got valyrian sword through event and I basically aim to restore Valyria with as many dragons and swords in my family as I can...but I need at least one egg to do it and that event with buying takes so long that it is not even worth trying, so I really need to get one from those 3 ruins)

I colonised a ruin. And then I gave it to a vassal. Can I get the event or does my vassal get it?

The dragon egg can only occur when you are trying to colonize the province, and the MTTH is a fixed 150 years in the North Valyria region, which includes Bhorash IIRC. The summerhall egg has an MTTH of 60 years instead.
The vault (potential valyrian steel sword) has an MTTH of 120 years and can happen everywhere except the world_dothraki region, which I suppose is the dothraki sea.

So they are separate events? Could I get sword and then egg out of a ruin? (I already colonized every ruin in North Valyria except Bhorash...it would be nice to get multiple eggs)

I've been rebuilding Summerhall for over a decade now with Aegon VI, so far found a generic Valyrian steel sword which I gave to the Lord Commander of my Kingsguard and some gold. Sadly haven't found dragon eggs. Can I even find dragon eggs if I'm already a dragon rider?

You can get both a sword and an egg from a ruin, as long as you are still colonizing the province. You can find eggs as long as you haven't previously found one from that province and don't currently hold one. Summerhall can, unlike North Valyrian ruins, give more than one egg, but not to the same character. Dragon rider or not doesn't matter.
The Valyrian steel vault can only happen once per province and only if you aren't incapable and don't already own a generic valyrian steel sword.

But the MTTHs are very long, so you can't really rely on any of them to happen. Like I said, Summerhalls mean of 60 years is the shortest of the three, but that's no guarantee that you would see it even after 120 years.

And if I already colonized it? I still own those counties, but 1 or 2 of them are already completed.

If you have finished colonizing the province, the events can't happen anymore.
