Ruler designer - ambition issues?

I've never had this issue before, but I guess there's a first time for everything.
I made a custom character with the ruler designer, but when I click the select ambition-button, the game CTDs. I then tried both with one of the "normal" characters in the mod - no problem. And then with a character from the main game - also no problem. This has happened the last several times I've tried it. Does anyone else have this problem?

It's a bug that happens sometimes, for some reason, even with historical characters. Usually if you wait a few months it goes away, and sometimes you don't get it at all.

Yes it happens with the custom house trait, you really need to wait till the conversion of the trait.

To blackfyre and other houses are done.
Basically depending on the cpu or the pulse action, it can be as fast as couple days skipping, or as slow as waiting for a year before you can do ambition.

But it will work the ambition, nothing they can really do about it, I think same as republic ruler designer have to manually edit there b_dyn_(charid) savegame edit.
After house conversion, to make inheritance work properly.

None changing house traits or standard characters work fine. For ambition.
Also it is strange particular era causes more issue then other era.

This is not related to the ruler designer, rather it is a bug with the become regent ambition. It has been fixed for the next update. In the meantime be sure to wait a few days before selecting an ambition.
