This can not be, because your Faith has Concubines and it is not possible to have both Concubines and extra Spouses.


The only thing, which can happen, if you have married a noble Women over a Parentless Lowborn, because noble Women nearly always left your Court at some Point and there is even an buggy F&F Event, which can cause a married Spouse to leave the Court, to join the Court of some random Family Member.


I would say never and I mean never marry a Noble Women in this Game, only Parentless Lowborns, because they never leave your Court.

Sure, it is the Event with ID "bp1_yearly.3007".


As you will see, there is no check for checking, if the character, who get inspired is married to a Ruler.

That also explain why I lost my medic out of nowhere, will make a fix for this in the unofficial patch
