So, what I'd like to do is to be able to run my original clean campaign un-modded, and a separate Roguetech campaign.

This seems doable and I'd just have to deactivate the mod when I want to play the original and turn it on when I want to play Rogue. Yes?

That is exactly how I used play. I would just change the name of the Mod Folder and it wouldn’t load, so I’d be back in Vanilla gameplay.

yep.. that little trick works like a charm!. None of this punch the mods tab, no checking the disable mods and then having to restart the doggone client. It all could have been done a lot cleaner and faster and more conveniently.

I suppose I could run a different user on the same computer with a modded install and one with an un-modded one...

or have 2 installs of BATTLETECH.
i keep a clean unmodded Paradox install and a modded to the hills steam install.
