after dowloading the game, several times, it tells me that the application asked Runtime to close in an "unusal" way. Under details it says Problem event name: APPCRASH - Application name: eastindia.exe. Could someone please help me with this. Thank you in advance for your time :confused:
 
Please be more specific. Where did you download the game from? Have you installed any updates to the game?

Does the game create log.html or effect_dbg.txt in the game install folder C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\East India Company?

Which windows version you have? Which graphics card?
