I get CTD while loading game. I installed Directx and Microsoft Visual+. Any help ??

a dxdiag (as .txt file) and a more specific description might be helpful. when does it crash? error message?
where can I find dxdiag file ? I will post screenshot of error message. It says "runtime error" without mentioning any specific error.

it says I have direct x 11 installed though I don't know if this has any importance about my problem.

no, you have to save the entire dxdiag as .txt file and upload it here. that you have directX 11 is of no consequence as long as have also installed directX 9
How can I exactly do that ? I searched through google and saw some other people also encountered that problem. Hey devs, don't you have an idea about this problem ?, I bought the game and still couldn't play it

That aside I'm not sure what your problem might be, as the Windows error does not mention what it's actually having a problem with. When you say " I installed Directx and Microsoft Visual+" which exact versions?

I don't really understand what is wrong as I have no problem with any other Paradox games.
Run a check for your system files, see Option 2 here. You may need your Windows DVD if it needs to fix anything.
