Rusian culture

I have looked at the Russian event files and unless I am missing something there isn't an event to russify the provinces that have been given mongol culture by 1419a.inc

Is this intended?

I don´t think it has been given much thought, been bigger fish to fry so to speak. But perhaps you should suggest that they do one (official event would be good) or perhaps do one yourself as they sometimes get snatched by Paradox.

Most of the provinces affected remained largely muslim for long period of times, so I don't think it warrants to change them.
