Sale not applying discounts?

I'm trying to buy Surviving Mars along with all of the non-cosmetic dlc. However, when going to check out the total is over $100 and none of the discounts are being applied despite being shown.

I just tried this with that game and it worked fine for me.

Please empty your cart, then use either a different browser or an Incognito/Private page. Then add those items again; is that any better?

Well it worked, but Xsolla is causing issues. It doesn't accept CashApp and since it's my mother's card (don't have my own) and she doesn't do online banking we can't do their verification process.

Update: Xsolla is working now, but she is having issues with Venmo now, but that should be on our end.
