What is San Francisco geographically famous for?
Extremely elevation challenged, what better place to show off and really use the cut/fill feature introduced into CS2?
Muscle cars, motorcycles, beaches, all remind me of west coast US. Not a snowy place, but gets really bad fog (just a thought, will there be fog in the game?) lots of steep hills with buildings built almost on top of each other, cable cars (or trolley cars) which I guess trams could be a sort of replacement.

Good seafront presence with ports, marinas, and other watercraft activities (another random thought, will there be any private watercraft, like ski boats, sailboats, etc, something to make the waterfront look active?. ), beaches with lots of tourism (I speculate that bicycles shall make an appearance when beach assets become available) , the bay bridge, Alcatraz island (historically a prison), what will you turn it into?

While the actual SF bay current changes with the tides, which isn't a thing (yet?) in CS2, at least I haven't seen anything about it, it will be interesting to see how the bay will turn out with all the different variations people bring.
Lots of fishing in the bay, the wine country in the north with rolling hills of rich fertile land, then there is Hwy 1, running along the coast from San Francisco to Seattle, gorgeous beaches, cliffs, small little towns in between all the national parks and land, and taking a motorcycle up the coast for a ride on a gorgeous summer day... but I digress, will you turn the coast into housing? Or maybe some commercial enterprises taking advantage of high land values.

The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. (and of course current game mechanics)
