I have some problems with MP savegames. It seems like the file go corrupt when you try to reload the game. Anyone had a similar experience.

I suspect that it have something to do with you saving right before someone have a CTD.

Fuckin annoying

This has been solved

I have an entire thread that solved this, it is called MP saved game restore is INOP or something like that.

Basically have the host delete autosave, and old autosave files, then open the MP game in single player.

Save the game under a DIFFERENT file name then exit. The HOST must be completely connected then all others join. When ALL players are connected the hosts selects the game he saved under single player.

A pain in the butt, but it works.

What ive noticed is that its hard to have the game uploaded to others when it has the same saved game name as the one you saved over. Is that what you mean, or did i read wrong? :D

It has to do with that and not deleting the previously compressed files or something like that. If the clients all delete their old compressed game files of the same name that may work also.

yaeh it should, but i just reccomend saving it under a new name. We usually do like save game 1 after that save game 2 etc so when we get back from the crash we just start with that number, we also delete our saved games a lot ;) :p
