Hi everybody, great game(s) Paradox.
So far I've only had those rare, random CTDs (all pre-1.03. versions). Nothing unusual, nothing to worry about. But now...
I've started a new game in 1.03a and it simply starts crashing in the year 1220. It's not a fixed date. It crashes no matter what speed it is on (even on "slow", I havent even bothered checking slower than that). No error messages.
I have a saved game in which the game crashes anywhere from couple of days to max. 2 months. No matter what I do, it is certain to crash soon.
I've patched to 1.03b (clean install, as advised) and tried to use that saved game, but it crashes nevertheless.
I've edited the save regarding the broken dynasty bug (dyn=0), but it still crashes.
----------------
AMD Barton 2500+, 512mb DDR 433Mhz, Abit NF7-SL (onboard nForce2 sound), R9600PRO, DirectX 9.0b, Win XP Pro SP1. Nothing is O/C-ed.
----------------
I'm gonna try a clean, new 1.03b game <sigh>, but I'm a little worried same thing might happen again (not funny after putting all those long hours into your little empire, heh).
