saved game problem

I have recently started playing Victoria again and decided to have a tinker with the saved game. For some reason though I cannot save any changes ? it comes up with an error message about the file path or something.

Am I doing something wrong ????

If you are running Windows 7 or Vista, UAC will prevent you from saving in any folder in Program Files. I strongly recommend installing any Paradox games OUTSIDE of Program Files.
