This is a powerhouse dynasty. Please scale these back. They are consistently above average. The worst monarch they have is 4/5/6.

Then that also needs to be downgraded a bit.

Not a single bad monarch! No 1/1/2s, not even a drab monarch of 3/3/3 level!
