Scale of the UI in high resolutions

The UI scale has no sense. Popups and menus are big, but the bottom UI and info windows, which are the most important UIs, are extremly small in high resolutions.
How can I make that UI bigger? Like this is impossible ot play, I can't read anything!

That does not look good, I agree. Which edition is this, the MS Windows store one perhaps?
 
Looking into that edition there is no UI scaling option, which is a shame! Nor can it be modded, so I'm afraid there is no fix or workaround for you except to run at lower resolutions where the text is readable.

I could log it as a bug, although whether that will be considered for any future patch I can't say.
