Installation problems:

I have just purchased Europa Universalis II, but I cannot install it. I’m pretty sure that I am experiencing the same type of error as this guy (Northern Viking):

But it seems that the link to fix the problem, http://www.paradoxplaza.com/files/patches/setup_inx.zip, has become inactive.

My question is therefore, what do I do?
Have do I get the working file?
