ok, got a list of bugs in the Scenario Editor.
1)If you make a scenario in the Editor (i was using Road to War as base, and changing it), ALL the leaders, except those who start in control of military units disappear. After tinkering around with this, i noticed that it doesnt matter if you load Road to War scenario, save it as a different game with no changes, they still disappear. My guess is that the Editor isnt pulling the Military Leaders file into the editor when it opens a pre-existing scenario.
2)If you try to change a minister in the Editor, it changes two of them to the same name, and then those 2 ministers seats become linked together. I changed Minister of Armaments, and it also changed, and linked Minister of Security to it, and once this happens, you can never get the 2 ministeries to have two different ministers in the editor. happened with naval and air minister, and the 2 army ministers as well.
