Why is there no scenario. Where there are only large nations (like ww1) or something ?

Could be great to have a Napoleonic Wars Scenario but I suspect that will be left for further versions, 1492-1792 stops just on the napoleonic times.

If you worked at it you could make a 'Napoleonic Wars' scenario and just have it at a date earlier than the actual Napoleonic wars, so it fits into the EU time-frame. However, the diplomatic system of EU really can't handle the kind of changes that occurred in this era.
Yes, the unique circumstances of the Napoleonic Wars would be hard to recreate, but i think a scenario with Napoleon getting ready to invade Russia, while having the rest of Europe under his influence would be extremeley interesting. Do you think the Russian winter in EU could take out Napoleons 600k army? It would also be neat to see Europe throw off Frances yoke and bring about another Leipzig.
