Floodland, I completed it once.
Trying to replicate the win to show others and I get Lose hint menu every time.
This is during play in December 2018 and January 2019.
My city has more than 1 resident at 15weeks every time, and every time it says I Lose.
Also the same occurred on Island Hopping, which has similar Lose conditions for the first part of the scenario.
If I start a fresh game from the home menu, with a unique city name, I can get past the initial 15weeks; but if I lose in the first 15weeks due to negative dollars in my account; if I restart it from the scenario Lose hint menu, it will say I Lose again, when I reach the 15weeks point; even when I have a good size population and money in my account.
