Yeah, ok download The Seven Years War scenario. Open a readme.txt and follow instruction on installation. Enjoy.
I havent tried any of the external scenarios yet (too busy with the ones that came with the game) but I should think that you just put them into the "Scenario" folder which is located inside the "Europa Universalis" folder.
