Scenario Province Revolt Risk

Ok, I have searched everywhere, and can't find the answer...


Let's say I want to add revoltrisk to Vietnam for the -36 scen. What file do I edit?

And not the savegame please. I'm interested in the scenario file for revoltrisk.

Found it in the bases.inc, thanks a lot!

However I'm a bit curious... Most of the normal revoltrisk provs, like the European ones don't seem to have the province_revoltrisk -line. Is the revoltrisk of those provs hardcoded, or something similar? Can the risk be modified by adding both positive and negative values to the bases.inc? ...Assuming those revoltrisks are indeed hardcoded.

I will say it here. The sooner DH moves to a system that doesn't use Provinces CSV for map editable stuff like revoltrisk, IC, manpower and resources the better! Set it all to 0 and generate a few.inc files to be included with scenarios goshdarnit!

The base risk is also modified by ideology and dissent
I think negative values would work (it can't be inferior to 0 in game ofc)
