ScenarioEditor error!!!

Every time I try to change anything about a province, an error happens.

ScenarioEditor..exe has generated an error and is shut down by Windows.
Program must be started again.

Hope i've translated it correct.

Please help because i've really been looking forword to making my own scenarios.

I've made no modifications.
Just installed the patch and nothing else.

about the scenarios, you should ask in the scenario forum.

about the Editor: do you run it in 16bit color depth? You must change your desktop resolution before attempting to run it...

Yes of course I run it in 16 bit. You can't enter the editor other wise.
