Scholar trait is not awarded after a successful trigger in the Translator event from a Pilgrimage

Description​

There is a pilgrimage event where the character has a 5% chance of getting the Scholar trait. On a successful trigger, the event history tells you that the trait has been obtained. But in reality the trait is not rewarded to the character. It does not appear under character traits and is unacquired in the Learning lifestyle menu.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Resume Iron Man game from launcher
2. Be engaged in a pilgrimage
3. Get the Translator event
4. Select the option that has a 5% chance to give the Scholar trait
5. Get a successful trigger which then shows in the event history
6. Inspect if the character was actually awarded with the Scholar trait
