Science ship and transport management/fleet tooltip is missing scrollbars and trait values

If you open a science ship and go to the manage tab the Tooltip does not have a scrollbar. You have to move the cursor with the dpad and go back on the leader to get a scrollbar to read everything.

And traits have no values or info shown. (Intended to keep it shorter?)

All of them, including C6 portrait

4. When did this start happening?
Immediately

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Always so far

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
All saves so far.

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

Same applies to transport ships. The fleet tab tooltip has no scrollbar until you select the rename button and then switch back to the ship.
