Scottish Sprites

I was wondering if there would be any takers into designing sprites for Scotland.

There are no specifications for them, I just think such sprites for that country are LONG overdue. If Venice, Poland, Russia, Persia, and others have gotten new sprites, why hasn't Scotland?

Palette-switching (white-and-blue would be cool) is a first idea from me.

I do not know how to design such sprites myself, and, even if I did, I probably wouldn't have the patience to do so anyway.

Any takers/ideas?

They didn't make sprites because scotland is not a very important country (not important at all...).

I think I will try to make a conversion from the Cossacks Highland soldier.

Hum... I think Scottish weren't important in fighting. I just know a little about war in scottland, but they didn't have the importance of Spain, Sweden or Russia.
Poland doesn't have his sprites in the orignal EU2. MKJ added them, and then Para added them in their sprites.

On the french forum, some members want me to make the bagpipe player instead of the fusilier highlander. Which one do you prefer?

Can you make a dark blue-and-white palette-switched sprite of the normal unit as well?

I'll need them cuz I'm making a fantasy scenario with Scotland as the superpower owning Northern Canada and Australia. It's called "The Alternative History."

I will try, but I don't have a lot of time. You don't want the bagpipe player? So you will have to wait much and much more time, because I will begin my scottish sprite with the BP player...

I understand. I just think it's cool that England, whose country color is red, has a red uniform...and so on. I thought Scotland (and Poland, and Ireland) should have one too for my "Alt. Hist." scenario.
