After a several month hiatus, I decided to play Eu2. I noticed the CD had some scratches, but I hoped it wouldn't affect the install. Unfortuantely, it did. The install got to about 96% before having a problem, and subsequently, such important files as the Eu2.exe are missing. So I guess the question is, Does Strategy First have a program for replacing scratched discs? I know some other companies, like Blizzard, have programs where you can send in your disc, and you get a replacement for a fee around $10.

I don't know. How about you contact them?

http://www.strategyfirst.com/

Thanks, I found it there Here

Unfortunately, it says a proof of purchase is required, which I assume is on the box. I threw it away:(

in that case, contact their tech support.
Tell them you have the original CD, but threw away the box since it's been a couple of years.
Ask if just sending the CD and the money is enough, and they'll possibly say yes.
