"Scratchy" sound

I don't know if it's a thing of mine or it's something generalised people doesn't complain about but sound "scratches" at times. I don't know how to describe it any better, it's WAD and everything is fine but every now and then you can hear like a "scratch" or a "distortion" of the sound - like when there's a badly done loop.

I'm sorry I can't describe it any better, but if it happens to anyone else I'm sure he'll be able to tell what I'm talking about.

Yeah I know what you mean I get this too. I've turned the main music volume down to make it better.
