Looks like a video issue ... has this game ever worked properly on this machine? Or it has always been like this?
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

You jumped the gun on hitting Save All Info in dxdiag: as you can see in that file, half of it is missing. Please try it again, but WAIT until the green progress bar is complete first.

This computer only has an Intel(R) UHD Graphics video system, which is not supported hardware for this game. Contact ASUSTeK support to see if there is a new video driver available for it, failing that Intel themselves:

If that doesn't help, you'll need to play on some other machine with supported hardware, OR if you've just bought the game seek a refund from that store.
