In HOI3 screen resolution option is possible, not in HOI2, how to change resoultion in HOI2 ?

There used to be a way to do this but the people who made this possible (modders) have apparently moved on to other projects. Your only hope, and mine too, is to wait until Arsenal of Democracy is released and then buy it. AOD will support a number of different resolutions.
Unless he just recently updated it, the great Lord Ederon's hack won't work with ARMA 1.3 beta 2.

Scheduled for release later this month.
AoD will allow resolutions up to at least 1920x1200 with no hacks needed.
