Not sure how far south the arabian peninsula goes, but I would guess Mecca is in, as an ultimate (although highly unrealistic) goal for the crusader...

The world map in the lower right hand corner seems to stop about halfway down the Arabian peninsula. So it might just barely get Mecca in. :)
 
So it appears we are nowhere closer to our answer than before.

But at least with the picture shown we can argue the point with a little more information than we had before.:D

To take that seriously as well, then yes, Denmark had just formed as an independent Kingdom after the Knud den Store died and left England, Denmark and NORWAY as independent kingdoms for his sons.
