I've blown those pics up as best I can but it's un-readable. Please enlarge them. Either that or you're being deliberately vague, in which case... POOF!

One shows the sliders for the domestic policy system and some Napoleonic armies. The second show a historical event and your options.

I didn't want a description of them I want to see them. Are you doing this on purpose? :)

Although its a pain in the... you can see it sort of fully enlarged by setting the screens as wallpaper. Just do it twice. Set back to your normal wallpaper after u've taken a good long look at the pics (but why would u want to? It's EU for god's sake!)

Thanks for the links, mate.

Anyway, about the screenshot with the soldiers.... For some reason it feels a little inconsistent on the graphics side. I like the original better. It has the same consistent artwork throughout the game.

Only for the soldiers for now? Any chance on not having this in the game. It looks good, it does. But I just felt that it was not as consistent as the original. May be I'm just not used to it yet..., who knows....

Anyway, do we put our EU2 wishes on the wish list forum?

By the way, I fully support the longer time span for the same period area (1419 - 1820). Kudos! I'm looking forward to it. Take your time, Paradox. Just make sure that this will be an even better game than the already excellent game. I'm not in a hurry, there are still a whole lot of nations I want to try in the original EU itself. Also, what about my real chores? If you put EU2 up fast, I really will not find a girlfriend at all. :D

You're welcome guys. Always a pleasure to be of service.

Winterhound, concerning the soldiers. I think the soldiers represent the Napoleonic era. On on the screen shot, the date is 1803, so I'm guessing graphics will evolve along with time, just as they do in EU 1.

Thank you!!!!

Winterhound

Actually I rather like it. Besides would you like to see the provinces with detail, or the characters in action having the detail?

You're right. They do evolve in time.

However, I notice (more of a personal taste) that the medieval era soldier looks short and built and the musket era soldier looks short and built. However, the one from the third era (not sure what to call it), before the Napoleonic era as wells as the one from the Napoleonic era looks taller and slimer. I can't confirm this. It's just a personal observation, may be it's just me that feels this way.

It's not a big deal really..., probably the last priority to consider, actually. The most important thing is gameplay, in which EU is excellent at. Anyway, it's just some comment I wanted to make. It's probably not realistic to change the graphics since they consume a lot of time and attention. But, just comments.... Hey, who knows? May be someone is listening.... ;)
