Searching For An Old Mod (Chinese and Chinese States)

Okay guys, I'm looking for a mod I found awhile back that replaced nearly every picture (leader and minister) for several Chinese states. It was literally every picture, even obscure people like Yan Xishan (of Shaanxi).

Any help? At all?

Check the paradoxian wiki (Google Paradox + hearts of iron + wiki) then go into the mods section and you'll find an old chinese mod. Not sure if it's it but maybei t will help.

Yeah, I'm almost certain it was "Clanjay's Cooler China Image Project", but the link is broken or defunct.
