Are there any good construction mods for streets?

I can "close" lanes with the traffic president, and I want connect these cool Item from the traffic president with eye candy or if possible real construction side, when I close a lane, I want see workers and pillars that the lane is closed

So are there any mods avaiable for that?

And a mod with real construciton side for growable buildings
