Operation Download

I go to paradox plaza and download 1.3, then to mdshome and download the hotfix from there, packman did a inst prog.

I do not.

Does 1.3a update include the whole 1.3?

Yes, as I said earlier, I could play 1.2 but not 1.3 However, it works now.

That is what I am trying to find out, why does it work now, what did you do to make it work?

I went to the installshield "folder" (as you told me to do) and searched for HOI2, couldn't find anything. Then I clicked on the "Setup", which I could not do if I just put in the cd... in the setup I choosed Repair, since there was no install and no uninstall, (There was, but I got an error mssg), did the repair, which is (nearly) the same as the install. After that, I went to paradox interactive, clicked on hoi2.exe and it worked. Then I installed the whole 1.3 with the hotfix.
