Seattle!!

Playing as Britain, US declares war on me in arostoock war. I send first some Indian exp forces to capture the claim at seattle. No success-they dont take it after sitting there for months. So I send in a British division. Still no luck!! I think that province is bugged, or paradox is sucking up to America

err... the same thing happens in Boise. Maybe because they're both missions? I was able to claim oregon and wyoming as colonies...

That is very odd. I want to say that I'm about 99% sure that I'm claimed missions before. And I've captured the Northwestern US as Britain before.

The weirdest thing is that I did take other provinces-I made wyoming and oregon states, and took back parts of British Colombia. But those two provinces had divisions in them for a while to no avail. So I bought Nevada and Salt Lake City instead to make it contigous.

I've captured those provinces before. Perhaps you could post a series of screenshots to show how it doesn't take the claim?

I don't think I have a save of it, sorry. I didn't save until much later . But there might still be a fandful of orrissans or mysorians in those places, even though I'm now at peace. But I wont be able to do it until tonight if anything.
