Human players usually group submarines to convoy raid convoys.
AI players usually use "Independent destroyers"which are at about 2~3 destroyers or plus 1~2 light cruisers.
Those mini fleets usually cannot defeat 10~20 submarines.
C.O.R.E modifications have more powerful submarines
I think this naval AI cannot against "Seawolf tactic".
How can I edit AI files to fix this phenomenon?
