Played as Machine empire, assimilator (civic that maintenance drones generate unity).

With balanced sector, the AI removed maintenance jobs and created unemployed pops! After resetting jobs it happens over and over again.

And I assisted research on my capital planet in the balanced sector and the AI built several research buildings suddenly.

Xbox Series X, v7.0, all DLC enabled
