Ran some tests with a intrigue mission I've never used before, Seduce Governor, and made myself some gold through cheating and began lowering the loyalty of various governors. I targeted Carthaginian goveror of tarraconensis, wich had some 10 provinces, and after 20 (?) tries he finally went over to me, Rome. However, he only brought the province I sent the agent to with him, and not the whole governorship. Is this WAD? This is for Vae Victis obviously.
