I am a developer for both the Anbennar and the Realms of Exether Victoria 3 mods, seeking help for a crash that appeared on both builds after the 1.7 launch.Description
Ever since the 1.7 launch, the dev builds of both mods have been plagued by a CTD whenever a country with a navy is full annexed. It occurs even when the tag in question is a revolution. When the crash occurs, one of the last things to appear in the error log is [18:43:32][pdx_assert.cpp:633]: Assertion failed: NGameState::GameStateAccess._Value == EGameStateAccess::Logic || NGameState::HiddenGameStateAccess._Value == EHiddenGameStateAccess::Allowed. I believe that the crash does *not* happen if you tagswitch over to the tag being annexed and move the fleet outside the primary HQ before annexing. The country does not have to actually have any ships for the crash to occur; it seems that having a naval group with an admiral is enough.I was wondering if you had any tips or tricks regarding solving this. Do you have access to more in-depth debugging tools?
There is another bug that may-or-may-not be related, that has been on both builds since at least 1.6;
[pdx_assert.cpp:633]: Assertion failed: Invalid Begin- or EndState assigned to the supply network path. Tried to form shipping lane from State: NULL_STATE(-1), (SeaProvID: 65535) to State: NULL_STATE(-1), (SeaProvID: 65535). Any assistance or additional information about this error would incredibly useful for the modding community at large.

Steps to reproduce
Download the Realms of Exether build off of Steam or Paradox Mods. Select a country, and then console annex any country with a navy.Game Version
