Something is wrong,i always get error messages,but i downloaded the correct patch version.
The reason people might be reluctant to do so is that the patches won't work on pirated versions of the game, so if you're having problems installing the 1.04 patch that might be why.
If you have a legitimate version and are still having problems you should probably raise the matter with Paradox and your publisher in the Support forum.

Not really - there are a number of refinements added.
Why do you "think" it was original either you bought it legitimately or you didn't.

Maybe he's prone to sudden outbreaks of amnesia?
You can tell if it's original in two ways:
1.) Did you or anyone you know buy the copy from shop?
2.) Is the CD blank or is there a pretty picture printed on it?

It semms to be really original,but i am not an expert about pirate version,but if it was a pirate,it would be a really good one.
But we have borders with Romania,Ukraine,Serbia....

The cover is not blank,There's EU2 written there with a pen 
But i don't want to loose my editions,this the reason why i simply asked you to send me the ai files.
it could be your editions that prevent you from installing the patch. so there's really no choice.
