How long does it take to get an acknowledgement of your receipt of a bug report? I sent one in several days ago and have not heard a word back.

Response time for bug report
How long does it usually take to get a response? 1 week?, 1 month? Should I be giving up on my game or expecting a fix relatively soon?
I am not complaining, I'm just trying to understand what I should expect.

you will not get a specific fix...your bugreport will be taken to fix the issue for the next upcoming patch (note that it may have been too late for this week´s new patch!).
Patches are released weekly?
The previous poster seemed to indicate that patches are released weekly? Is that correct? If not what is the approximate schedule for patches?

There is no set schedual for patches. it just happens that one is going to be ready in a few days.
