Hello, Please look at my screenshots below for an example on the issue. Deviancy gets high late game for Gestalt Empires, and hunter-seeker drones are worse than enforcers at reducing deviancy, and the building cannot be upgraded, so you sometimes need to waste multiple building slots just to reduce deviancy below 30 and avoid crime events on your planets. I think it makes sense you'd have to dedicate one building slot to reduce it on a planet with many pops, but more than one building should not be necessary.

Gestalt empires produce more deviancy on average than individualist empires, and are worse at reducing it because their jobs are worse and the building cannot be upgraded either, which is bad. Please allow the building to be upgradable and make hunter-seeker drones just as good at reducing deviancy as enforcers. This is bad balance, please fix thank you.

I want to add. I wrote a very nice post with nicely written explanations which was rejected because it appeared "spam like" or something, which doesn't make any sense to me. So I had to dumb down my thread here because the auto spam detection algorithm apparently thinks a well written post by a human is illegal or whatever.

Can't even speak like a well spoken person these days. I added my initial thread with better explanations as an attachment. How this would be rejected, I do not know.

Anyway, I hope the suggestion I made can be considered, it would be very appreciated and very nice.

Now I need to build 2 more sentinel posts just to get rid of the crime event, and actually need 3 on the planet to keep crime under control... That is way too much.
Probably besides the changes I asked for, Drone Deviancy needs to be significantly reduced as well.

Makes no sense to me that Gestalt empires are worse at maintaining order than individualist empires. If anything, gestalts should have almost no crime at all, but it is what it is. One building should be enough to handle it though, even on a planet with 30k pops (300 pops on the old system).

in gestalt games now i take cosmogenesis (or i guess enigmatic engineering) just for the Fallen Empire building that produces six enforcer drones just to deal with deviancy
