Hi.
I have this game since christmas 2009. It always work normally, except for a crash once. I bought it on steam.
Some weeks ago, I have downloaded the last DLC on steam, Druids (I have all DLCs).
When I tried to play the game, it make me weird things :

The forms are always moving.
Before lauching the game, I was trying to make Magicka working, and I had to uninstall microsoft framenetwork who was reinstalled by magicka. Dunno if this may explain my bug.
I tried to uninstall/reinstall the game, it was useless.
A friend told me it may me a directx problem, but I have checked, I have a recent version.

To help us analyze the issue you have reported quicker and more accurately, we need to understand more about your computer and its specification. To do this, we need you to generate a diagnostic (Dxdiag) report. Please send it to support@kingarthurthewargame.com with the description of the problem copied from here.

Please also include what King Arthur products (DLCs) you own and where you have bought them.

Attach the two screenshots as well. (Or the links are also enough)

Only one other person (beside DuxKeltorum of course) wrote to support with this problem and that email was answered. Please check your mailbox again.

Btw, DuxKeltorum's problem was solved - it was something with his system or one of his software because when he did a system recovery after unistalling his video drivers the game worked for him as before (he has the game since Dec 2009 and it worked perfectly for him before this issue last month).

Maybe you could also try a video driver update / change, or play a bit with the resolution and other graphical settings in the game's menu. A game uninstall/reinstall might also help.
