Reported this like 2 years ago and with 3.9 I had hoped it was resolved. It wasn't.


Species that have the Servile trait aren't supposed to be able to work ruler or specialist jobs. Which works correctly. They can't.

However they can still be Leaders, Generals, Governors, Admirals. Which makes ZERO sense.

Also. When Serviles rebel they have Leaders but can't even fill the jobs of their own planets as a result.

This needs to be fixed.

While I understand where you're coming from this isn't a bug. A species with the serviles trait would/should be incapable of managing an empire as they can't function on their own.

The only way they could feasible fix this is to create a unique event that causes them to lose the trait pre-/post-rebellion. Other than that... It works as intended.
